Free Genealogy Workshop
If you are working on your family history, it is likely you can use some help in finding some of those ‘mysterious’ relatives. More and more of the resources you need are available online, which is great news since it can save on travel. Knowing how to effectively search those resources may be the harder part. This workshop will work through real examples of finding information using effective search techniques. The workshop should last about 90 minutes, depending on questions. And while you are looking at your calendar, make a note that on August 6th, there will be LDS volunteers at the library from 10 – 2 to help you with your research using familysearch.org.
